unable to update LrC

hello,

I can no longer update LrC since version 11.0, I have a macbook air from 2013 which normally has the minimum configuration required except VRAM which I believe is at 1.5GHz for a minimum at 2GHZ. Do you think it can block updates? I don't have a message saying that I have to upgrade my mac but rather a message that says that updates are not authorized and that I must contact my administrator. I couldn't find any info on this message on the internet... I don't know where to look on my mac to authorize updates.

Thank you for your help

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

That dialog shown doesn't appear to be part of Adobe Creative Cloud.

Can you open that application and try updating there and tell us what happens:

OK then ignore (or find and delete) whatever is producing this warning which I suspect is from some old, pre-Adobe CC software.
