When  I go to creative cloud it says I am up to date but still shows 10.3 as current version.  From the product itself it says I am up to date but again still shows current version as 10.3.   Does anyone know what's happening?

Using Windows 10 latest version.

Try logging out then back into the CC app, or maybe a reboot. This happens all the time and this usually fixes the issue.

Thank you. It now works after logging out of my laptop.

Thanks for the swift reply. Sadly it hasn't helped. It still shows me as up to date. I even changed passwords but no success.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
