Lightroom uploader was not working. I uninstalled and reinistalled lightroom 5...now I keep getting an error 16 message. Went to the trouble shooting here and it said to set the permissions folders for AdobePCD folder and SLSstore folder...I do not have those on my computer. Not sure what to do next?

No. LR 5 is too old. It won't run much less install on Big Sur, sorry. You need modern software that's compatible with your radically new OS.

I'm fairly sure those folders are hidden by default. You'll need to display hidden files/folders in your file manager to see them.
