After Lightroom Classic 13.2 update Lightroom becomes very laggy and unuasable. Reverting back to 13.1 appears to fix the issue.

Check the date of your GPU driver. A newer version of Lightroom Classic will need the latest version of that driver, while an older version may be fine with an older driver.

551.61 is already the latest driver available for the RTX4060.
