Unspecified slowness complaint

On Monday I downloaded some photos to work on them in Lightroom, all good and excellent. Finish working and close the application. The next day I open the app and it starts to give me slowness problems and sometimes it doesn't open (the application gets frizzy). Has anyone had this mishap and if they have solved it?

Unfortunately you haven't given us any information about your system. 

 

What has been changed on your system before the error occur?

 

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item.

There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

 

Try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic:  How to reset Lightroom Classic preferences (adobe.com)

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

I already know why, what happens is that I have the files in which I work with icloud drive. It seems that the files were uploaded to the cloud and were not downloaded. This is why it's freezing and it doesn't work. I'll have to deactivate this.
