Updated reloaded LR, will not start. Splash page comes up and just stays. Programm never loads????

Please include the following in your question:
Adobe product and Version number. (Classic or Cloud?)
A Screenshot of the Splash Screen
Operating system (Mac!) and Version number of the OS
The full text of any Error Message(s) (If any)
Are you 'Signed In' to the CC Desktop App?
Do you have full Read/Write 'Permissions' for all folders that Lr requires.
