I have installed Lightroom classic and Lightroom.

Lightrrom Classic shows a message that needs to be updated to be able to sync. The problem is that whenever I go to Help>Updates... the message appears "Updates have been disabled for this computer. Please contact the administrator." in both apps.

The problem is that I'm the administrator and I don't know what's going on, this has never happened to me. On Creative Cloud Desktop the apps all appear up to date.

Both those articles show an error message that's similar but not identical to the one you posted, however.
