LRC: 13.01.1
OS: Windows 11

When trying to set the aspect ratio of a 4:3 image (= crop) to 6:4.5 the ratio always returns to 4:3, no matter what I do. It was no issue in any previous versions.

1) Choose develop module
2) Choose cropping tool
3) Choose user defined value
4) no matter if you open or close the lock or check the box "only apply to image"

the aspect ratio remains 4:3.

If I choose a predefined ratio, e.g 1:1 or 16:9,copping uses that aspect ratio.

3 divided by 4 then multiplied by 6, equals 4.5

a 6:4.5 crop is proportional to a 4: 3 crop. Remember LrC crop is proportion, not dimension.

No difference from wanting a 8 by  10 crop but LrC coming back with a 4 by 5 crop. LrC displayed what its default fir that crop ratio is.

Problem solved, it sat in front of the screen and was tired. 6:4.5 = 3:4
