Valuation star disappeared from bottom bar

hello I have disappeared the star ratings from the bottom bar in library and development module. Can anyone tell me how to go back to viewing them?

The height of your filmstrip is too small. Drag the upper boundary of the filmstrip upward to increase the height of the filmstrip.
