Is it advisable to record many video clips in Lightroom Classic catalog. Do not make the catalog too large and the program slow

The videos, as well as photos, are not stored in the catalog. The catalog holds metadata about it only.
That said, no, it does not make LrC slow and does not make the catalog large.
