There is an "!" on the image in the film strip and the message says "Lightroom has encountered problems reading this photo. You will not be able to make adjustments to this photo."
The badge showing an exclamation mark (in a dark circle) is an indication that the data is corrupt and Lightroom cannot interpret the image; do you have a backup you can try?
