What does the keyword option 'Person' mean?

 Is it related to the facial recognition feature? Haven't set that to index yet.

When you add a name to a face rectangle in the People view, LR automatically creates a keyword of that with the Person attribute set.  You can also set the attribute of keywords yourself simply by checking that box. You can filter keywords with the Person attribute in the Keyword List panel:

Of interest- I tested "Other" and found this-

On my PC laptop -"Other" works as expected (no persons).

On my PC Desktop- "Other" does not filter out 'Person' keywords! The Keyword Lists shown under 'All' and 'Other' are the same! All 'Person' keywords are shown in 'Other'. Will try a hard re-start, and Preferences reset.
