When importing from another catalog, "adobe_images.touchTime" is not updated for "pick" changes.

Rather minor. Importing+merging history states or keywords properly updates the touchTime field on affected photos. Updating the "pick" field does not.

Platform: Windows.

Steps: Import rejected or picked photos from another catalog, when the local copies are neither rejected nor picked. View their adobe_images SQLite table.

Expected: touchTime equal that of the imported photo, since a pick flag (+1 or -1) was imported.

Actual: pick flag imported, but touchTime unchanged.
