I saw that Lightroom Classic 11.1 was out but when the Mac M1 version will out ?

Lightroom Classsic11.1 is already optimised for M1. It's a single download compatible with Intel and ARM based Macs. So, updating your existing copy of LrC via the Creative Cloud application is all you need do for the full M1 experience.

Sorry but when I try to seek a new update, no new update of LRC is avable.

Depending on your location, updates can take a day or so for availabilty, although I would have expected to be available by now. Fortunately, you can force the Creative Cloud app to check for updates - Open Help in the 'Creative Cloud' app, then click on 'Check for Updates'.

Try signing out of your Adobe Creative Cloud application, and then sign back in. That always works for me.

Perhaps your Creative Cloud Application needs to be updated. When you select Help->About Creative Cloud, what version is shown? Mine is 5.6.0.788. If you have an earlier version, then try updating the app.
