when telling LR to edit RAW in photoshop I get an error. Opens fine in PSD

When I send a RAW to Photoshop from Lightroom I get an error. The same file opens fine in Photoshop.  All including Mac are up todate as of today.  Does the same with old Canon   files and newer. Todays files are RAF Fuji
