When will not have to restart Lightroom after topaz?

When will not have to restart Lightroom after topaz? This bug needs to be fixed, it has been going on too long.Frustrated!

I've never had to restart Lightroom after Topaz and I use all the Topaz plugins regularly. This must be a problem in your setup.

I learned that others had the same problem and called it a bug. They suggested the restarting Lightroom was the workaround. It does make a difference

The photo comes back, just with no adjusment.

I'm not seeing that issue here, either Mac OS or Win 10. LrC V 11.2
