Where is Mask window in 12.0.1?

When I seelct the person, checked the "Entire Person", and click the "Create Mask", nothing shows up. In the past version, the following window shows up but I don't see that in version 12.0.1? Is this another bug again?

And by the way, none of these works.

I clicked on it and nothing happens too. I can't draw a linerar gradient or no brush tool.
