Hello,

I pay a monthly fee for Adobe/PS and LR. Today is the fisrt day I've logged in an several months. It tells me it can't locate me and to start a free trial. It opens LR in the background, I can see all my photos from years of imports, but it won't recognize me. Who can I call? What can I do?

If you've previously or recently reset ,
"Factory data reset" and stuff , it ain't going to be able to locate nor
recognize you ...
Remember that your primary Android Email account is by default the name of
your Android device...
If you never reset your device before the issue at hand then doing it
and doing it 100% the correct and required way might do the trick
