I thought that it would not be necessary for this desktop software. Anyone with a answer to this subject? Looking forward to an answer.

Because the Creative Cloud app is the means by which Adobe verifies that you have an active subscription, and verifies which apps are included in the subscription. It's also the app that controls the delivery and installation of all the various updates that become available to the apps that are included in the subscription plan. You can sign-out and sign-in via the individual apps if you prefer, but whenever you sign in it will automatically sign you in to the Creative Cloud app as well.

When you sign in thru ACCDA it verifys your subscription and activates the programs like LrC. (actually does a lotmore, but that is pertaiate to your issue)

If you sign out of ACCDA, it deactivates the programs.

Once activated, you do not need internet access on a daily basis to use LrC. If you deactivate, you would need internet access as to authenticate at Adobe.

Simply, do not sign out.
