Why LRC submit photo to AStock keep showing "Upload failed because of tech..." several times now?

Several times in a row the last few days I have gotten the "failed because of technical difficulties. Please try again later." dialog when trying to publish from my LRC Adobe Stock service.  It locks up with this showing on the screen.

LRC is doing the same again today.  I'll tack on an image showing the menu I was trying to use the SUBMIT button on and the dialog that popped up later and also another dialog showing what version I'm using.
