Windows 11 instal, lightroom classic will not open

After windows 11 install, Lightroom classic will not open. Error messages "Failed to intialize pixel-mask storage", "Failed to create lock file inside grady giga laptop folder",  "Process cannot access folder because it is in use by another application"  help please.

FYI.  5 restarts did not fix the problem.

1.Lightroom Classicを終了させます。

2.カタログファイルがあるフォルダを開きます。

もし「Lightroom catalog.lrcat.lock」ファイルがある場合は削除します。

（ない場合もあります）

3.「****.lrcat」という拡張子のファイルがカタログファイルの本体なので、カタログファイル以外の同一フォルダにある似た名前のファイルを別のフォルダに移動します。

「****.lrcat」ファイル以外はキャッシュなどなので、Lightroomの起動時に再作成されます。

4.Lightroom Classicを起動します。

Lightroomが起動したら、3.で移動したファイルは削除しても構いません。
