Wrong date/times on LRC 11?

Anyone else having date/times on imported photos messed up since the latest upgrade?  I use Windows 10.  Even just looking at this fraction of a collection you can see it shows several videos with the same time length but different pictures.  Also has them in the wrong order from which I shot them.  It also did it with a bunch of still shots I took with my Sony A7RIII yesterday.  Not just a simple savings time issue either.  Thanks for any ideas.

Your screen-clip does not show Filenames or the set Sort Order, so not very helpful.

You do not have the ability to sort videos by time "length".

But you can sort them by Date/Time:  The Time-of-day [Capture Time] when taken.

Or sort them by Filename.
