P: Adding extra options to lightroom export function

In lightroom, allow the option in export, to export to a destination but maintain the original folder hireachy. And allow overwriting to original file, with a warning that a full backup of these files must be made before exporting in this way, would save a lot of copying and pasting afterwards.....I assume changing metadata does not cause jpg quality loss thanks

Overwriting the original file is not going to happen, because it would mean that your edits effectively would become doubled; once 'baked into' the pixels of the overwritten file, and once still in the catalog. I think you need to read up on how non-destructive editing works.
