P: A way to differentiate develop settings in Local vs Global Adjustments

I use a lot of masks as I'm editing my landscape and real estate photos. I'd love a way to instantly identify whether I'm looking at adjustments in the local mask or the global adjustments in Develop. The problem is that the adjustments look IDENTICAL from one to the other. As I'm moving back and forth, pasting settings from one photo to another, etc... Sometimes I pull up a tone curve, exposure, shadows, or something expecting it to change the Mask, but I am accidentally adjusting the levels on the Global adjustments.

My suggestion is to somehow differentiate between adjustments on a mask vs the global adjustments. Could it please be color coded? Hatched? Lighter or darker grey? It would be amazing to be able to see at a glance which adjustments your're working on. I looked around but I can't see any way to color label the adjustments panel yet. This would be a nice feature for me. Is there anyone else who would benefit from this?
