When synching settings across images, the entire HSL panel is synched as a single setting. However, when you select multiple images and turn on 'Auto Sync' in the develop module, a change in a single HSL slider will sync only this one slider, regardless of how the other sliders are set in the selected images.
It isn't clear to me what it is you want to do when you indicated that you want to "sync" one color in HSL. Can you explain in a little more detail what it is that you want to do?

No, we've been asking for this since the beginning and it's still not possible. All sliders and controls should be available via the Sync Settings window, but they're not. We can't even choose which Curve to sync! Thankfully, they finally updated the Sync window UI to align with what's actually in the Develop panels, but even that took 15 years to be re-designed...
A user of my Copy Settings plugin has been pleading for the ability to copy/sync individual settings. It's on my queue, but I've got lots of stuff ahead of it that I've promised already.
