P: Add Discover functionality into Lightroom Classic

Why is there not either a tab or at least an entry under the HELP menu to the new discover capability? Having it there will act as a reminder that it exists and encourage its use. Seems like a really outstanding feature to have provided the user community!

No!

Discover is a feature of the Lightroom Cloud Ecosystem, which does not include Lightroom Classic.
