P: Can (MacOS) command+W NOT quit Lightroom?

Hi,

might just be me, but I use shift-W to switch in an out of masks frequently. Of course, from time to time I hit command+W instead and LrC quits.

Command+W is usually to close a window, but this makes no sense in LrC and quitting is a bit excessive. I'm sure most people would command+Q to quit.

Thanks

Geoff

Agreed. While waiting for Adobe to implement this (if ever), you can use the Mac's System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > App Shortcuts to redefine the Close Window command to use Ctrl Opt Shift Cmd W, a shortcut you're unlikely to type by accident 😆

Awesome! Thanks John.

That will save me the pain of not only relaunching LR after an accidental quit, but also shifting it back to my main screen where it almost never wants to start up (another feature I'd like to see one day, but let's not get too ahead of ourselves)
