P: Folders for collections

I wish I could sort my collections to folders. Similar way like Apple Music can sort playlists, or like regular on any file browser.

If you are asking for a way to put bunches of collections under a parent and be able to expand or collapse that group of collections, that already exists.  It's called a "collection set".  You can create a Collection set in the same drop down menu you use to create a regular or smart colleciton.  Once created drag whatever collections you want to it.
