P: Implement right click option to "Draw All Control Points" to a curve/channel.

When we change Preset Amount for a Preset that contains a Point Curve LrC automatically places on it several control points more.

E.g.

Linear Curve

Change Preset Amout to +101

S Curve

Then change Preset Amout to +101

Placing perfectly on the existing curve several control point is very useful, it should not be doable ONLY via Preset Amount.

• Please implement a "Draw All Control Points" option via right clicking the channel.
• All the control points should be placed evenly on the curve so also in the HDR region (if we are in HDR)

For some reason not all curves can get the control points.

This is strange because even some exotic curves can get them.

The engineers can enlighten me on this as I have not figured out the conditions behind this.
