P: Make "Add Component" shortcuts consistent

The majority of "Add Shortcuts" start with Alt.

"Add tool of selected type" a.k.a. "Add last used tool" should as well start with Alt.

This will keep shortcuts consistent and won't confuse users.

This is a minor technical issue to me, it's not a "proper bug" but nonetheless it's not a good design choice.
