P: Noise Reduction filter applied on import after a (user determined) ISO value

I was editing and realized this would be a really cool helping hand, if for instance one could, on import, say to lightroom to apply "20" luminance noise reduction on any photo over 3200 iso for example, it would be a cool timesaver!

This feature could also work with sharpening for example, determining values of sharpening for X iso, it could be a list that we could add an ISO value and for that value a correspondent Sharpening and Noise Reduction Setting. It should also be an option after import, given that some users, might have the need to adjust these settings last and not on import!

People and Photographers, who go trough large sets of features would probably appreciate this feature 🙂
