You'll notice that you have 8 sliders for color ranges in Lightroom, while there are 6 in Photoshop. So the actual ranges aren't exactly identical, and in some cases it would be a bit misleading to name them the same.
In Photoshop you have the three primary colors, red-green-blue, and the three secondaries yellow-cyan-magenta. In Lightroom the ranges are more similar to how we visually perceive and identify colors.
