P: Relinking photos - outdated dialog box fomat

When re-linking a photo, the dialog box is an outdated type of window. It doesn't display the path, like literally every single other dialog box used in every other app.

It's like Lightroom is using an older version of Windows for this specific action.

I can't simply paste in the proper path to re-link the file.

Please update it to use a more modern dialog box.
