P: Reset all Preferences, resets to default options, include an option to retain the user options.

LrC version 11.3 includes a new feature to simplify the procedure to reset the Lightroom Preferences and this is great since Lightroom somehow tends to "corrupt" the preferences file which causes some strange issues.

This process sets the Preferences file to the default settings so the user has to reselect any specific choices and it is a bit of a "pita" to address.

One of the things that is reset to the default is where your backups of the Catalog file are saved. This has to be reset the next time you exit the application and create a backup file it cannot be done when you make selections in the LrC "Preferences".

Provide an option to retain the user settings in the Preferences and Catalog settings.
