Incorporate astrophotographic file type 'decoders' into Photoshop and Lightroom.
With all the attention around JWST images it becomes glaringly obvious that Adobe has missed a trick here. Accessing and downloading the 'RAW' file data from Hubble and JWST is a labyrinthian feat in and of itself, so to find out that Adobe has no way of incorporating the file types into it's workflow is super frustrating.
Freely available software can do the conversion to TIFF format but there is, obviosly, a steep learning curve with new software. It would be fantastic if Adobe could create a develop module using familiar Photoshop and/or Lightroom sliders to facilitate the same task.
