Lightroom-Classic Version 7.3 changed the way it uses Profiles (styles).
Before v7.3 profiles were .LRTEMPLATE files.
After v7.3 they are now .XMP files.
LrC will now convert .LRTEMPLATE files to the new .XMP files.
This is possibly the message you see. Accept and answer 'Yes' to convert the profiles.

"Styles flew" If a Profile is not visible, you may be developing a photo that can not use the profile.
