I have over 150GB of photos, does this mean I can't store them all in classic? Can I not use my hard drive to store.

If you are working with Lightroom Classic you can store your pictures on a local hard drive.

 

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 10 Pro 22H2 -- LR-Classic 13.2 - Photoshop 25.6 - Nik Collection 6.9 - PureRAW 4 - Topaz Photo AI 2

Yes, with Lightroom Classic you can (must!) store all of your photos on your hard disk(s).
