Adjusment Brush not workng

I am a CC member. I am currently running Lightroom 9.1. When is select the adjustments bursh I no longer get the editing meun that is isoloated to the brush. I can mask an area to be adjusted but the masked area is ignored. The Graduated filter works.

I checked the bug fixes in 9.2 but I did not see anything for the Adjustment Brush.

Can someone tell me what is happening?

I just figured it out. There is an open an close button directly above the adjustment settings. I do not remember seeing it before now. I clicked on the arrow and WaLa the menu appeared. When was this added or has it always been there.
