Adjustment brush in LightRoom Classic does no longer mark points where earlier edits have been made

Since a few versions ago the adjustment brush in LightRoom Classic does not leave a "spot" where earlier edits have been done. This makes it impossible to change the edits once they have been done. Anyone else experiencing this, or am a just doing somehting wrong?

Hit the "H" key while the brush is active.
