Adobe Lightroom CC won't upload my photos

Hello, I need help please.  I was trying to avoid having all my photos upload to the default Pictures folder in C drive as it fills up the drive quickly.  I moved some of the photos to an external drive and my second (D) Drive on my computer.  I also tried to combine all my past and current Lghtrm Catalogs into one Catalog but I think I've lost some previews, helper or other required folders.  Anyway all I'm getting are uploaded grey rectangles and some miniscule thumbnails.

Can anyone suggest a way to fix this or should I just uninstall and reinstall Lightroom CC?

Thamnks,

By "upload" do you mean "import" ??

Which version of Windows?

Which exact version of Lightroom?

How did you move the images from the C drive to the other drives?

If you did it using File Explorer, did you then do the "Find missing folders" or "relocate folder" so that LR knows where you moved them to?

Hi,

Thanks for responding and yes, I did mean import. I am using Windows 10
and I Used File, Import from Another Catalog, then clicked "all" when the
files were listed - all in LR CC.
