Adobe LLC and Lightroom mobile membership not working with Department of Education NSW membership

Hi, I have an Adobe LCC account through the Department of Education NSW and it works perfectly fine on my laptop although my app on my phone has now stated that my trail has expired. Is there a way to fix this or does the teacher membership not work with lightroom mobile? I am unsure why this would be the case.
