after BSOD downloaded lightroom 6...images but no collections, keywords, presets

Recetnly had the Black Screen of Death on my PC.  Ended up backing up and reloading WIndows 10.  When I downloaded the version of lightroom that I own lightroom 6...I see my images but no collections, filenameing, metadata, keywords etc.

I do not remember if my presets were backed up within the catalog.  I have backups of the lrdata and lrcat that may have the presets on an external hard drive that was not plugged in to the PC when I downloaded lightroom.

My husband did the backing up and reinstall of windows 10.
