I just upgraded to the new Lightroom and tried to make a virtual copy of a photo but it won't make one. I don't get any error.

I am not having this problem with Lightroom Classic 10.0. (Is that the version you are referring to?)

So describe exactly what you do, step-by-step, leaving nothing out, from the point where you open Lightroom Classic, and then what?

Also please state your operating system version NUMBER.
