Light room did a update and everything purchase I've made with light room is deleted! Help

Sorry to hear that your presets have disappeared after an update. Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom you are using? 

Are using Lightroom on a desktop or a mobile device? Are you able to access presets on Lightroom Web? Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/
