Apply Keyword tag options for entire keyword list

I imported keywords from another application. The text file has more than 10,000 entries. How can I ensure that the keyword tag options that I want (i.e. synonymous export synonyms not checked) applies to all content - i.e. the entire keyword list - and not only to one keyword being edited at a time.
