Auto Transform very inaccurate on HDR images

I use LR Classic's HDR merge function on bracketed images of homes/buildings. I've noticed that transform, whether using Auto or Vertical, on the resulting HDR image (dng) is wildly inaccurate. It will take an image that is almost straight and completely mess it up. If I use transform on one of the original files for the bracket, it will usually be just fine. Guided transform is my only option to true up the image. Anyone else experience this problem?

I'm seeing just the opposite. The HDR DNG file provides better Auto Transform than the best bracketed image file. That's really what you would expect since it has more image detail to work with. Suggest posting a screenshot example of the HDR and one of the bracketed image files.
