Backup on exit is no longer working - LrC 10.2

I have backup set to "Once a week, when exiting", but this has now not worked since 25th April.

I set it today to "Every time Lightroom exits" but it still doesn't work.

Is anyone else seeing this issue ?

I mean I do not get the usual dialogue that was presented every week, asking me to backup or skip this time.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I'm not a big fan of doing that unless I understand why (and I end up losing a whole bunch of other preferences), but I did manage to get it to work by using File/Exit rather than my usual close by using the X in the top right.  It seems like a bug to me, but who knows !
