Issue only seems to happen with one computer.
Old computer does not have this issue.
the imbedded jpg does not show the blochy shadows..
I'm not sure what to look into.

Nevermind... Found out it was Dell's Color software running with Intel's software causing issues. See: reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/ifu1bc/xps_15_9500_4k_model_color_banding/
