BUG: Lightroom CC 7.1

i wrote about this before when v7 came out. also made a post in the feedback forum.

but as usual.... nobody at adobe cares.

so again....

when you SYNCHRONIZE a folder then all files that have a filename with german umlauts (Ü Ä Ö) are recognized as new files.

they appear as new files every time you synchronize a folder (they are in the lightroom catalog already before synchronizing the folder).

when you have a lot of such filenames it´s a mess....

i can repeat this bug and i can repeat it on other systems.

Please file a bug report in the official Adobee feedback forum, where Adobe wants all such feedback posted: Lightroom Classic CC | Photoshop Family Customer Community . This forum is primarily a user-to-user forum in which Adobe product developers rarely participate.
