I have Lightroom Classic and Photoshop CC. Is it possible to send an image from LRC to Photoshop CC?

Yes of course it is.

 

Right click on the image and select "Edit In" then select Ps 2020.

Or keyboard shortcut Ctrl + e (Lowercase E).
